Ingredients
- 40 ml of The Prospector
- 40 ml Aperol
- 120 ml Tonic
- Orange fruit
- Orange zeste
- 1 rosemary sprig
How to make a Golden Sunset?
- Cut some small slices of orange fruit & cut some orange zest
- Fill a glass with ice cubes
- Add 40 ml of The Prospector
- Add 40 ml Aperol
- Add the fresh orange slices
- Stir & let it cool down
- Add 120 ml Tonic
- Garnish with the orange zest & a sprig of rosemary

- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 120 ml hot water
- 1 barspoon of honey
- A zest of lemon
